Return & Exchange Eligibility
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 5 to 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and accessories intact.
• Returns are not accepted for:
  • Perishable items (food, groceries, etc.)
  • Personal hygiene products (soaps, cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Discounted or clearance sale items
Return Process
• 1. Initiate a Return:
  • Contact our customer support team within the eligible return window.
  • Provide order details and reason for return.
• 2. Approval & Return Pickup:
  • Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or request you to ship the item back.
• 3. Inspection & Refund Processing:
  • After receiving the product, our team will inspect it before processing a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• If the original payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability.
• If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled within 10 to 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed.
• If an order is canceled due to out-of-stock items, a full refund will be issued.
Defective or Wrong Product Received

• Provide photos/videos as proof for quicker resolution.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
• Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or tags.
• Items labeled "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
